7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, unless the item is marked as final sale or exempt for hygiene reasons.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
